Robin Mulligan Ltd is approved by the Scottish Qualifications Authority to conduct ADR training courses.
All drivers of vehicles transporting dangerous goods must hold an ADR Driver Training Certificate. We offer a range of courses which can be customised to your specific requirements.
Participants will gain an understanding of the dangers associated with the transport of dangerous goods in packages/tankers and the correct procedures to follow in the event of an emergency. The course will also prepare candidates for the ADR exams.
Participants must attend a minimum of core, tanks/packages and one dangerous goods class module. The examinations will take place at the end of the course. The exams consist of multiple-choice questions and a pass mark of 70% is required. Upon passing the exams, the Driver Training Certificate is issued by the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
The Initial ADR Driver Training course and the ADR Refresher course can be presented on your site on dates of your choice.
The ADR Refresher Course can be taken in the final 12 months of the certificate however participants must have a minimum of 6 weeks remaining on the certificate.
